Returns & Exchanges

There is no charge for returns or exchanges; customer is only responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be issued via the same card/payment method with which the order was placed.

Please note that all returned or exchanged slippers must be clean, unwashed, and in new condition.
