We love our Everberry Slippers and we know you will too!  However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, it can be returned for a full refund or replacement. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@everberry.com, and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right!  See our Returns & Exchanges page for more details. 

SHIPPING
DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING: All products are shipped through USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation. We offer Standard (5 to 7 business days) and Expedited (3 business days) shipping services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer international shipping to select countries via USPS First Class International Mail (please allow 14-21 days for delivery)

Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties assessed by foreign Customs or border patrol agencies.

Everberry is located in Portland, Oregon. We do not drop ship or outsource customer service. When you shop at Everberry, you are dealing directly with our dedicated team.  Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm PST.
